| Our 1:30pm class is a 60 minute, high energy, no impact, beginning to intermediate level dance class, geared towards those 45+.
Our 3pm class is a 90 minute, high energy class with varying levels of impact for intermediate to advance levels, geared towards professional and aspiring performers.
